Such as Sousse, Monatsir, Hammamet, Nabeul, Djerba and Tabarka.

Resort with background beach with pure white sand, and sea water that shimmer like crystals that flow from the Mediteranian Sea. Besides its natural beauty, Tunisia is also a holy city of Islam, the City of Kairouan. Many centuries back, Kairouan is also visited by Muslims visitor, whether from the African continent and Muslims in various parts of the world. While in Kairouan, visitor will visit to  Uqba bin Nafi Mosque. This mosque is the biggest and oldest mosque in Tunisia and the most important African Continent.From this holy place, Islam spread to drip decline Continental African, Sicilian Islands, southern Italy, and Andalusia (now Spain).

Visit to Sahara will be more fitting if it comes every December. In what is called “the International Sahara Festival.” This festival has a history that is quite old. Festival held in the city of Douz, Tunisia, has been held since 1910. However, not every year this festival there. Lack of funds so the main factor this festival is rare held.

Hence, the festival was held to 41-years ago in December, tourists around the world come directly to Douz city. Tourists who come not only from Africa, but also from the United States and Europe. Nevertheless, this festival is dominated by the tourist attraction of Saudi Arabia.

Unlike the previous, to the festival-41 is much more interesting because of a traditional dance performance, hunting, races, and camel racing. For the tourist, two of Saudi Arabia this event is very interesting because they have a hobby of hunting and camel racing.

Tunisian Tourism Minister Khelil said Lajimi, this festival has a very important position for the Tunisian community. According to him, the people of Douz really hang out in the tourism sector income. The city is borders directly with  Sahara desert. Hence, the city is often called “Gate of Sahara.” The city is not industry city, such as other cities in Tunisia. So, it is reasonable if the Douz citizen lot depends on the Sahara desert tourism.
